January 28th, 2022 - The Algorand Foundation today announces a grant award to Darshana Inc. The Algorand Foundation is excited to support Darshana, through our grant program, to support their development of a decentralized, community-driven platform that will connect tech talent with job opportunities.
Darshana empowers diverse talent by providing them a community-based platform where they can get access to jobs at great companies that are committed to diversity. Here, talent helps each other to enhance their capabilities and readiness to get better jobs. Darshana, leveraging the generous grant of the Algorand Foundation, wants to deploy an Algorand-based wallet login to provide a transparent way to sign agreements between talent and companies and the readiness to receive the incentives for community participation.
